Common questions
The Free Listing is a LaunchX community directory listing — it's not a selling storefront. It gives your brand a public profile on EshipX with links to your own site and socials so the LaunchX/EshipX community can discover you. No products are listed or sold through EshipX on this plan.
Slingshot is a one-time $95 fee that gets your brand a profile on EshipX and drives our shoppers to your existing storefront (wherever you already sell). Sales happen on your own site — EshipX collects no platform fee or per-sale cut. There are no monthly or recurring charges after the $95.
Storefront sellers get a free launch period — 3 months or $500 in total sales (GMV), whichever comes first — with zero platform fees. LaunchX alumni get an extended free period of 6 months or $1,000 in GMV. After the free period ends, a 10% platform fee applies to each sale.
The fee activates automatically once your free period ends (time limit or GMV cap reached). You'll receive an email notification before and when it activates — no surprise charges.
The EshipX platform fee for Storefront sellers is a flat 10% on sales after your free period — that's it. Slingshot has no platform fee, just the $95 one-time setup. Free Listing is always $0.
